Dr Herber is a certified provider of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Step II, one of the world’s most popular and respected tools for self awareness. Although you may be familiar with the classic MBTI® assessment and being given one of 16 four letter codes they provide for determining personality types, the Step II assessment delves far deeper into the meaning of each individual code such as ENFP.
You many not like being pre-defined by a four letter code, and with the MBTI® Step II assessment you’ll be able to more deeply understand the richness behind these results.
